Boursorama Banque, one of the leading life insurance companies in France, has announced price changes that will take effect on January 1, 2017.
Here are the main changes:
- increase and harmonization of management fees on the euro support at 0.75%
Boursorama offers 2 euro funds: Euro Exclusive, which will go from 0.60% to 0.75% management fees and Eurossima which will pass from 0.70% to 0.75%.
- lower management fees on media units of account which will go from 0.85% to 0.75%
Euro supports are becoming less and less profitable for bancassurers because rates are currently extremely low. They therefore encourage more and more investors to diversify their portfolio of funds from their life insurance and particularly to focus on units of account . As such, Boursorama prefers to increase the fees collected on the euro support. It should be noted that other bancassurers could follow this example.
Another modification, the life insurance Boursorama becomes more accessible because the minimum deposit to subscribe to the piloted management decreases and will go from 1000 € to 300 €
